At Illusions Lingerie, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase; however, due to the intimate nature of our products, items must be returned in unworn condition with all original tags and hygiene seals intact. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for a different size.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality assurance team confirms the items meet our hygiene standards, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
